Self-Serve ($499–$6,999/yr by state count, or $8/employee under Scale) gives you your full funding profile and lets you choose what to file. We handle submission for a flat fee per program, and you keep 100% of the recovery. Managed (from $25K/yr) is for larger or more complex operators: we run the whole reimbursement operation end to end — claim assembly, submission, board management, multi-entity consolidation — with a dedicated account manager, for a platform fee plus a performance share above a committed funding floor. Most companies start Self-Serve; if you're in 16+ states or want it fully off your plate, Managed is the better fit.

If your Shadow Wallet doesn't identify at least $10,000 in eligible program value in your first year of membership, we refund your membership fee. Identification is verified in your own wallet — you can see it. Companies of 10+ employees.
We don't offer monthly contracts — memberships are annual. The $10K Discovery Pledge applies to your first membership year: if we don't identify at least $10,000 in eligible funding, your membership is refunded.
